Design - If you have a very fixed idea of how your new conservatory would look, don’t be shy to inform our team of all your ideas. It will be useful if you can take some rough measurements and also a photograph of where you ideally want the conservatory to be positioned. We can then take to our 3D software to begin sketching out a design.

Survey - You will receive a home visit from one of our surveyors who will take some further measurements and also weigh up where the windows and doors are best situated.

Planning Permission - When a conservatory requires planning permission, Mid Wales will assist with all the relevant paperwork and submit it to your local authority on your behalf. Generally, planning permission will not be needed and work can immediately commence.

Installation - Mid Wales can take care of the entire installation process as we are qualified to dig foundations, form bases, build dwarf walls, erect walls, and install roofs and glazing. We will give you a timeline of our work schedule, and we promise to stick to it.

Build Process - Installing a conservatory isn’t as big of an undertaking as fitting most other types of home extension. We receive a lot of compliments from our customers about how simple the whole process was for them, and the exemplary conduct of our team.

Finishing - When we start a project, we like to handle every single aspect of it. So, if your conservatory needs any finishing touches, we’re the company for the job. Mid Wales can plaster internal walls, lay any flooring, and install electric sockets and lighting. After overseeing your finishing touches, we will hand you a questionnaire asking for your thoughts on our work.

Polycarbonate roofing systems have been incorporated into conservatories for years, and they continue to be a popular choice amongst customers. Available in 25mm or 35mm polycarbonate sheets, our contemporary polycarbonate roofs are excellent at seeing off any glare from the sun and keeping the weather at bay. We also offer some optional extras, including foil inserts if you want added protection from glare and the highest level of thermal control. There is a slight shade in each of our polycarbonate roofing systems. You can have a shade of bronze, opal or a classic and simple clear finish.
