Mid Wales Windows & Conservatories

Find out about what’s new in the Home Improvements industry.

Mid Wales Windows, a Conservatory Outlet Dealer, supply a great range of Double Glazing products all over Wales.

These products consist of a wide range of PVC Windows and doors. Some example designs include residential doors, rockdoors, casement doors, tilt and turn windows, sash windows and more.

Our range of Energy Rated Windows help to keep heat in and the cold out. They use the suns natural rays to allow the heat to enter the home, but keeps the wind and rain well away! This saves a lot of money on bills and helps the environment by making your home more energy efficient.

Matthew Glover, managing director of Conservatory Outlet says “double glazing is one of the most effective ways people can make a real difference to the energy efficiency of their homes. Indeed, by switching to energy efficient windows you can save energy and reduce your household bills by as much as £461 per year.”

Being green is an important topic in the UK and there are even proposals happening which will look to punish older homes that don’t meet a certain level of energy efficiency in their home.

Currently this would effect millions of homes in the UK. It could mean that some families would find it harder to sell their homes without first splashing out to upgrade their property, as well as affecting many who look to lease their properties.

But you shouldn’t need this push to improve your home. Energy rated windows are a great piece of modern technology and they will save a lot of money in bills and end up paying for themselves, whilst helping the environment.

Mid Wales Windows offer high quality energy efficient double glazed products at a competitive price.

Made to order, made to measure, made for you. Conservatory Outlet Dealer, Mid Wales Windows, offer bespoke products. This means they are made especially for you in our hi-tec manufacturing plant.

So what does bespoke mean? It means that every uPVC Conservatory, Window and Door we make is tailor made for you and your home.

Some companies will quote approximate prices on their websites or in the local press, or even when you first speak to them. We cannot give you an approximate price online – it would be impossible to give you an accurate figure. As such, any websites offering you a price online should be treated with caution as you may end up with a nasty surprise if you invite them round.

We believe in providing you with a price tailored to your exact requirements.

So how does it work? Simply complete our Free Consultation Form online or if you prefer call us free on 0800 915 8844 or on the number at the top of the website. We’ll visit your home and give you a thorough quotation, completely free of charge, and with no obligations to buy. That way you can be sure of what you’re paying every step of the way.

Each Mid Wales Window product is tailor made to fit your home exactly, so that you are 100% satisfied.

Behind every beautiful conservatory and quality Double Glazing Windows and doors are a host of technical features, which determine security, durability and appearance over time. Mid Wales Window’s uPVC windows, doors and conservatories are manufactured to rigorous quality standards in our own state of the art factory.

Unlike many conservatory and double glazing companies, we don’t stop caring once you’ve ordered. Every customer is looked after by a dedicated customer service co-ordinator whose job it is to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. You’ll also receive a comprehensive welcome pack that outlines our process step by step so you’ll know what’s happening and when.

Over time we have installed thousands of conservatories, windows and doors making us just about the most experienced throughout England and Wales. We also have a number of independent accreditations, proving that we comply with the toughest industry standards. But none of these are as important as the way we work. We care – not least because we have the personal recommendations of thousands of customers to thank for the success of our business today.

Dear David,

Thank you for completing the Conservatory to such a high standard – we are delighted with it and it enhances the property so much. We shall enjoy relaxing in it in our retirement and it will be a big selling point when we eventually come to sell the property in a few years time. You have excellent workmen who were always careful and polite.

Thank you once again.

Yours Sincerely,
Mrs Davies

Our team at Mid Wales Windows andConservatories, we have created a list of five ways to help block out sound from those noisy neighbours.

1/ Desperate Measures
You can bang on the wall repetitively – kick, scream and go slightly mental at the lack of sleep driving you to desperation. Another option is trying the ever-so-subtle “my music goes louder than yours technique” – however this rarely works.

2/ Ear Plugs
Ear Plugs can help sometimes, but they don’t work for everyone due to slightly different ear shapes, they also never filter out the entire noise. It’s also a bother to wear ear plugs all day and night. We also believe that constant disabling of your hearing will give you x ray vision due to heightening your other senses. Whilst this may seem interesting, believe me, it’s not.

3/ The Schoolboy Ways
Reporting the pests to Noise Control Units. However the code only refers to commercial noise such as music blaring from a bar down the block, not the bass vibrating from the stereo next door.
Noise problems between neighbours normally have to be handled tenant to tenant or landlord to tenant however, but informing the council may help.

4/ A Sound Absorbing Wall
Building a sound absorbing wall will most definitely reduce the tremors felt during your quiet time. Do you have the money, or the desire to build a second wall though? If you do then this may be one of the most effective method.
Make sure not to drill in to the wall either as this will kind of negate your attempts at blocking the noise and leave you with a not so pretty slab (with a hole) in your home.

5/ Double Glazed Windows
Making sure that your windows are new and in good shape, they will help to severely cut down the noise entering your house – that is unless you have a hole in the wall. If that’s the case, a plasterer is probably a better solution. Still, through complex mathematics you can actually work out approximately how much noise you will be able to block out – usually it’s at least a 50% reduction of that pestering sound!

There you have it. 5 top tips at beating the neighbours and having a good nights rest!

- This is a customer testimonial entitled Conservatories Shropshire.

For our Conservatories Wales Showroom please follow the links at the top of the site.

Dear all at Mid Wales Windows,

I am writing to say how delighted we are with the Conservatory which you have built for us. From our initial visit to your conservatory showroom and helpful advice with your staff to the design, planning, quotation and execution of the installation by your team, it has been an excellent service.

In particular, the Double Glazing that was installed along looks immaculate and we are thinking of having you back to update the back of our home.

In short a top class job carried out to both programme and value for money.

We wish you every success for the future and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your company to anyone we know.

Yours sincerely

Mr and Mrs Glander
Shropshire
