The following is a letter Mid Wales Windows received following a window installation.

“I wish to compliment your company on the expert manner employed to replace two uPVC Windows in our second story flat apartment.

The methods of working carried out by your installation team resulted in little disturbance to existing internal decorations, with very good care and protection being given to both carpets and furniture during installation. All waste materials were quickly removed as they were finished with, and both internal and external areas were swept/cleaned upon completion.

The new Energy Rated Windows create an attractive improvement to the flat, which greatly benefits from their installation.

We have suggested you to our friends who are looking for a Conservatory to add to their home.

Yours Kindly,

G. O. Nanni,
Wales”

Conservatory Deals

In this day and age, in the recession, home owners are actually looking at home improvement more than ever.

Why? Well, even though the recession is currently in full force, the property market has also been devalued considerably. So instead of looking at trying to sell, home owners are looking to improve what they have – either for personal use, or to improve the value of their home so they can then manage to sell it.

So here at Mid Wales Windows, we are looking to bring you the best Conservatory Deals to help you out a little bit when it comes to the purse strings.

There was an article in the Telegraph recently, speaking on this subject. The article states “Homeowners are spending an average of £5,300 on improving their homes instead of exposing themselves to the struggling property market.”

The research goes on to say that new bathrooms and kitchens top the list for areas home improvement, this is not at all surprising as they are key areas to our homes. The average cost for a new kitchen however is £6,300. Some loose change, this is not, and it comes as a major investment.

It seems that people desire change. It is in our nature to want something new – adding Conservatories to properties seems to be a very popular and well thought out option at the moment.

Researchers believe that adding more space to a property in the form of a conservatory or orangery can add around £20,000 (or more) to the value of a property. So in the scheme of things this is a much better option than adding a kitchen or bathroom because a conservatory will add a lot more value to your home.

At Mid Wales Windows, we understand the issues you can face with money, so we offer some great offers and our 1 2 3 guarantee.

So if you’re looking to improve your home and are looking for quality, but for good value, then please request a free quote online on our website. All of our conservatories are tailor made for your requirements. Please click on the following link for Conservatories Wales.

Dear Sir/Madam,

My wife and I live in Powys. Not long ago we were looking for Conservatories. We were looking at moving or adding an extension to our home – A Conservatory in Powys.

However in this time, it would have been very hard to sell our house, so we decided that adding an extension was definitely the right approach. When we do come to sell, the conservatory will also add to the value of our home, so we see it as a sound investment.

We chose Mid Wales Windows, having being recommended by someone at work, and requested a quote from you. We received a follow up call and the customer service was to a very high standard, your staff weren’t pushy and didn’t pressure us in to any decisions. Instead we arranged a meeting and you came over and drew us a conservatory design based on our specifications.

The pricing plan was done very well too. The spreadsheet design showed when parts were added or removed, with the price being automatically adjusted. This was very helpful as we were working to a budget.

Our Edwardian Conservatory looks brilliant now and we’re very happy to have done business with you.

All the best,
T. Yako,
Powys
